Sewing for the Love of it
July 23rd, 2008 Update
Dear Sew from the Heart family,
Hank, Noel, Jenny and Susie just returned from another inspiring Bernina University. This was Susie's 17th consecutive BU!
Of course, the big news is the introduction of the AMAZING new Bernina 830, the mark of the ultimate sewing experience. The new 830 is truly the crown jewel among sewing machines. It is in a class by itself, designed to outperform any other home sewing machine. The 830 is the result of years of design, development and testing by a combination of Swiss engineering, consumer input, and unparalleled commitment to unlimited creativity.
Bernina asked us to remain very quiet about the new 830, while we attended BU, so the consumer introduction and webcast, yesterday, July 21st would be the first time consumer would "see" the new 830. We felt it very important to respect their wishes, and that is why you are hearing about the 830 from Sew from the Heart on July 22!
Secondly, we want you to come to one of our "Date with 8" presentations to learn first-hand about the amazing features and actually see how the machine operates. Yes, you can see! Although we do not have a machine for you to see, yet, we do have the 830 emulator. This is a software program that allows you to see for yourself how the machine operates and some of the features that truly set it apart from all the rest. As always, SFTH, will bring you an amazing introduction event. This is an introduction, unlike any we have ever seen. So we want to make sure our plans are perfected and this is the best ever event, just like the 830!
Mark your calendars, now, for our "Date with 8" program scheduled for our Sew Creative Club, September 4th. Choose which program you would like to attend; 10 am - 12 noon or 7 to 9 pm. Call to reserve your place now: 480-998-8886.
We will have brochures and posters in our shop by the first week in August. And we came back from BU with pictures and information we would love to share with you. So don't think you have to wait until September to learn more about the 830! You know us, we just want to throw the biggest and best party!
Special thanks to Linda, Keith, Cristi, Vevah, Norma and Kathy, for their tremendous efforts meeting your needs while we attended Bernina University.
Besides the information on the new 830, we came back with loads of sewing inspiration to share with you all. Look for new products, classes, techniques and information in the weeks and months ahead. BU always inspires us to bring you, our precious Sew from the Heart customers, the very best!
